Kayden has been running on his school's Cross Country team this fall. It has been a lot of hard work. He stays after school for practice 4 days a week, with a 6:50 am practice on Wednesday mornings as well. He even has the lovely purple toenail that is starting to come off to prove he's been working hard!
These pictures were from his meet last week. Three other boys in our ward are on the team as well and it is fun that they are there to practice and encourage each other along.
Kayden has done really well this season and has improved his time each meet. This meet's time was 10:32 and he came in 17th out of the 3 schools. We are so proud of his hard work with running and keeping his grades up as well so he can participate.

that is awesome! running is great and I bet that toenail will return. Maybe he needs different shoes?
