That's right folks. For those of you who don't drive by the house everyday, it is for sale. We've actually had the sign up for about a month now. We could use some traffic, so if you know anyone who is lookin', send them our way!
PS-Byran will mow a "Y" into the lawn as an incentive if they would like. Let's hope it doesn't get to that.

The Y is a great incentive. When the appraiser came to our home, he about added more value to our home after seeing the BYU posters in the garage!
